'HOW TO BECOME A WET WEATHER MOUNTAIN BIKER!!!'
Strengths:
Endura's Weatherpant is a statement in quality and craftmanship. The material is light, breathable, totally weatherproof and stretches where it is tailored to, thanks to the Entrant stretch fabric and articulation on the knees and seat. The zipped pockets are very functional, and gusseted ankle zips allow quick and easy changing to suit the weather. The waist band is fleece lined for warmth and a wide webbing belt is supplied to adjust the fit, which is good. On top of all this the inside ankles are protected from chainset abrasion by unbelievably tough Kodra panels! All-round very hard-wearing equipment! Also, being white on the inside they can be turned inside out, left unzipped at the ankles to create the lower half of an Elvis costume, when busking for beer money!
Weaknesses:
The pants could be faulted for performing too well and maybe best described as 3-season because I think they might be too warm for Summer riding.
Overall:
If, like me, the rain only bothers you in the cold (or when it persists), these are a must have! Or if your defination of rideable weather is staying dry, these will see you right below the waist through the worst of it!

'THESE DELIVER THE GOODS.'
Strengths:
Even in the wettest, coldest, conditions I have ever been in. I returned home warm and dry down below. Apart from my incontenance problem.
Weaknesses:
Could be too warm for wet summer riding, would the option of zipped openings help ?
Overall:
If you want to carry on your bike journey's with all the weather can throw at you, look no further than these "trooser's.

'A TIP TOP PEFORMER'
Strengths:
During my winter cycling in some of the coldest, wetest days yet I have always arrived at my end distination with my legs warm and dry. I never leave home without them if i know the weather is going to be testing. Plus I have found them completely wind proof and there is a good amount of give in the knees to make them completely comfortable.
Weaknesses:
Beware that the sizes are a little misleading.

'TOUGH AS OLD BOOTS'
Strengths:
keeps you dry
protects your legs when you crash
only cost me 40 quid
Weaknesses:
you heat up real quick in anything but cold conditions not a 4 season pant
Overall:
Very impressed with these trousers keeps you dry and warm as they are supposed to do, also theyare made of quite a tough material and having suffered a few bumps and knocks they have remained in tip top condition even othering me a degree of protection.

'NEEDS SOME VELCRO'
Strengths:
Tough, well made
Weaknesses:
Lack of velcro at the ankle means that they rub against the chainring
Overall:
I find that I rairly need to wear these, as they are definately wet winter days only but on the odd occasion when I do, the constant rubbing is a bit irritating. The Altura overtrousers have a velcro closure and they look the better option.

'GOOD QUALITY WATERPROOFS'
Strengths:
Good Fit. Reinforced at the knee. Two Zip pockets. Zips on ankle to allow fitting over the top of shoes. And good looks.
Weaknesses:
Although breathable, these trousers can still build up some moisture.
Overall:
Good strong build quality. Really only a spring, winter trouser. I bought them for £50 from wiggle. So a fair bit cheaper than the quoted price.

'DURABLE BUT PRICEY FOR WHAT THEY ARE'
Strengths:
Very durable, waist fits well.
Weaknesses:
Hardly breathable, fit is AWFUL - leg is too short for average person and far to baggy in middle area.
Overall:
IF you get cheaper than RRP then ok but if your looking for a performance trouser this aint it.
