	Strengths: Waterproof Close fitting Packable Weaknesses: Sweaty No warmth provided and an over glove is required Overall: A real mixed bag of contradictions this one; It's a waterproof glove (true) but it provides little protection from the cold. I bought a pair primarily based upon the water resistance and the fit despite being told repeatedly that the fit was poor. Not in this case. I'd question the breathability. The gloves quickly become sweaty and therefore cold and over gloves are essential. They can be stowed away in anticipation of inclement conditions during a ride very easily.

	Strengths: Grippy. Weaknesses: Bad fit for all sizes. Not waterproof. No warmth in them so you need a thermla liner or overglove Overall: Duff product.

	'Work well, but only when the conditions are right' Strengths: Waterproof. Light. Weaknesses: No protection from cold (recommended thermal liners make no difference). Not as comfortable as regular MTB gloves. Sweaty. Overall: I have found them to be waterproof in the heaviest of rain, but they are only really a viable option in mild whether. My fingers freeze in winter mornings, but they are not breathable enough for spring/summer use. Fine if you have a few sets of gloves AND are lucky enough to choose the right set to put on that day. Otherwise not great value.

	'OKAY IN MILD WEATHER, OR WITH LINERS IN THE COLD' Strengths: Waterproof. Good grip. Weaknesses: Not very warm. Not very breathable. Overall: On a cold day, or a long ride, I'll wear a pair of thermal inner gloves underneath them, that makes quite a big difference and stops my hands getting SO cold. But, I do have a bit of a sweat problem (eeeuuughhh) and often find my hands are quite damp by the time I'm finished.

	'RUBBISH - SAVE YOUR MONEY !' Strengths: Waterproof lightweight packable web-site and customer service good Good gloves for short walks,if your hands don't sweat much ! Weaknesses: Not very breathable - 'alledgely' USA made gloves are 20% breathable,UK made gloves are 60% breathable !! A big difference ! So, if using in UK, buy British ones! - Excessive hand perspiration trapped inside gloves,hands become cold and very wet ! - Awful gloves to wear once wet inside. - Expensive gloves,that don't perform up to the exciting description on the packaging ! - Not very warm without liners (extra £s) - Better padding needed,if worn specifically and regularly for cycling - rubber pimply grips will wear off in time. - Outer saturates in heavy rain,combined with sweaty inner,become good gloves for weight-training exercises ! LOL ! Overall: Very disappointed in these gloves,only worn them twice for cycling.Gloves full of sweat within two hours,lack of breathability,caused hands to become very cold and wet inside. I complained to Sealskinz,UK -told about difference in manufacture spec.Have noticed that they have changed spec for 2003. Got money refunded.Won't buy another pair - not suitable for cycling.Their socks are good,but the gloves are rubbish.

	'DON'T BUY THESE GLOVES!!!!!!!!' Strengths: They are mildly waterproof. Weaknesses: 1. They don't fit my hands, I think they were modelled on an animal. 2. Very sweaty. 3. Have zero insulation. 4. Make your hands smell. Overall: I wish I had read the other reports of these gloves before I bought them. These gloves should never have reached production let alone the shop shelves. A waterproof glove that claims to be breathable, b*ll*cks, my hands sweated so much when I went out for a ride, it was like I had filled them with water before I had put them on...and it wasn't even raining! Then because it was a cold day my hands froze so badly thet when they defrosted in the warmth my fingers hurt for about 5 hours. This was an initial stage of frostbite. I am taking them back.

	'USELESS HANDWEAR' Strengths: None Weaknesses: Hands soon feel clammy. No insulation. Overall: Makes bare hands an attractive option.
