Strengths:
Warm. Warm when wet. Superb in built gaiter fends off the mud and also stops water running into the tops of waterproof socks. High fit for warm midrif as well.
Weaknesses:
No seat pad fitted. Shoulder buckles are bulky.
Overall:
Essential winter wear.

'Warm, very warm.'
Strengths:
Very warm, wet or dry. rubber panel on calf.
Weaknesses:
VERY warm. Bulky buckles. Legs could be a bit longer.
Overall:
Lovely tights - keep you toasty down below freezing but can be too warm for spring and autumn. The lack of pad means i wear shorts underneath them but this means less washing if it's been cold and dry. I've a 35" inside leg so no longs are long enought but these are better than most. the buckles are annoying but i'm thinking of cutting and resewing to get rid of them. Apart from the transfers they're not showing their age and the price is fairly typical. More quality clothing from Endura.

'For when tracksters just aren't warm enough.....'
Strengths:
Warm, even in cold, wet & windy conditions.
Weaknesses:
The stitching round the crotch on my last two pairs has been below par. Too warm for anything but the depths of winter.
Overall:
My first pair lasted for 3 years before wearing through - I used them for everything, including fell running, cycling and ice climbing! The latter two pairs, while being just as warm and comfy, have been less durable - the stitching round the crotch has given way. Still worth buying if you're handy with a needle and thread....

'Warm and comfortable - essential winterwear'
Strengths:
Toasty warm. Prevents water soaking legs & stops moisture getting into shoes. Windproofing is excellent & importantly knees are kept warm & dry preventing painful joints Body temperature is kept constantly warm even in extreme weather conditions, but neither are they too warm on milder days.
Weaknesses:
No padding round crotch, which can be overcome by wearing shorts. Buckles although bulky, nonetheless surprisingly are not uncomfortable. However, they may be more of a problem for a taller person.
Overall:
I've used these throughout this horrendous winter, mainly offroad in snow, Ice, mud & water, which in itself is testimony to how good they are. They may prove to be a bit warm for Autumn & spring, but they are after all "thermastat" full length bibs, indicating primary use for winter. Overall, highly recomended winterware

'HARD WEARING, STILL GOOD AFTER MUCH USE AND WASHING'
Strengths:
Firstly, can we ban the word "toasty" from this review section, its so twee.
Anyway, these are warm and protective and fit well. The material has substance.
Weaknesses:
Ok big buckles are a bit oversized, just adjust them to the right place and they are not uncomfortable.
To disagree with other reviews, the lack of padding is an advantage. these should be worn over shorts. You don't have to wash them every time you wear them and you can take them with you on variable weather days.
Overall:
Endura are on my list of half a dozen good manufactureres o bike clothing.
They have offered to replace the zip (at no cost to me) when I told them that the handle had fallen off after many years use.
Good kit. The waterproof shin is an excellent design feature, keeps you warm in inclement weather.

'THE BEEZ KNEEZ IN TIGHTS FOR CYCLING IN THE COLD'
Strengths:
Warm, superbly warm in fact...no problems of cold muscles with these babies on. High midriff ensures you're back stays warm as well.
Weaknesses:
My Zips gave up after 4 years use - Endura offered to replace them for £2 each but I haven't been over to them yet to get this sorted!
(N.B. Reading this should prove that I don't think they have any weaknesses).I also have long legs so the length of coverage isn't as good as it could be but I'm putting that down to me being above average!!!
Overall:
Too warm for anything but late Autumn/Winter/Early Spring wear. During this time mine are never off, they clean up very well and are quick drying. As well as the Thermastats I'm also using the 'bigger' brothers of these which cost about 10 quid more. Same reliable performance but has a slightly different material which means the thighs are too tight and the calves are too baggy.
The Thermastats are a superb item of clothing and have become my benchmark for leggings.

'LUSH'
Strengths:
warm, reliable, well constructed and robust. nice fit for a big bloke.
Weaknesses:
buckles are bulky but if positioned right not a problem. the legs are a bit tight but a good bit of jiggling and they stay for the ride.
Overall:

'LOVELY AND WARM '
Strengths:
Tough, fantastic warmth and confort, even water proof to an extent - water tends to roll off rather the soak in.
Remain warm even when stopped, due to being incredibley breathable and the light fleece lining.
Overall:
No weaknesses as such, but could do with having the end splay out a bit more to go over boot collers, mine tend to develop a gap at the ankle making my feet colder then they need be.
Otherwise well worth getting a pair for the winter.

'GOT THEM AT LAST'
Strengths:
warm, comfortable and have got all the required protection in the right places. also i find the lack of a seat pad a benefit - not too much concern about hygiene problems from continual wear.
Weaknesses:
a touch long in the legs - i'm not the tallest bloke - means i find they gather around the backs of the knees.
Overall:
i've been after a pair for ages and after getting by with other cheaper makes. just wish know i'd gotten them a long time ago. me mates have already gone and got their's after seeing my pair.
