As part of a global campaign to raise awareness and funds for people affected by breast cancer, Specialized dealers worldwide will launch a special, limited edition Propero for Women helmet as part of the Design for Women product range in early April. In the UK, the helmet will sell for £79.99 with 10 percent of the retail sale price going to help benefit the charity Breast Cancer Care.
Specialized UK will also donate £7.99 on behalf of each the first 250 female entrants to the 2008 Specialized Challenge Series, due to start on April 13th, 2008.
