Rouleur Photography Exhibition

The Rouleur photography exhibition opened in the Midlands last week with a preview at the Coventry Transport Museum. The work of the six regular contributors to Rouleur Magazine will be displayed in the Ariel Gallery at the museum throughout February.

From Timm Kolln's haunting portraits to the up-close-and-personal shots by Camille J McMillan of the Continental 6-day circuit, this stunning collection of photography perfectly encapsulates the gruelling world of professional cycling.

Rouleur editor Guy Andrews looked pleased with the exhibition space: "It is a good-sized gallery which has enabled us to display more of our photographer's work," he said: "We have added some larger prints to the new show which look great." The collection debuted at the Host Gallery in London in October 2007.

Gary Hall, chief executive of Coventry Transport Museum, said: "We are delighted to be able to bring this superb exhibition to the Midlands. It is the first in a series of exciting special exhibitions and events we have planned for our Ariel Gallery, and it's an outstanding display with which to kickstart our programme. We're thrilled to be working with Rouleur and Rapha to highlight the cycling element of our collection - it's a great opportunity to remind everyone that we're much more than a motor museum!"

The exhibition is free but don't forget your wallet when visiting as copies of the Rouleur Photography Annual and prints of the Rouleur photographer's finest work are available to buy.
