We've just arrived (after a long drive) in France for the 58th Dauphine Libere. It's a big event as it's the last time we'll see the riders before Tour de France next month. For the riders it's a their final chance to get some speed into their legs, suss out their rivals, and also get some climbing in as stage 4 heads up the mighty Mont Ventoux - will be tackling it some time before the riders make it there, we'll let you know how we get on.
Anyway, internet access is patchy here but we'll do our best to bring you regular updates and top photos from our man-with-the-lens, Gerard Brown. Here's a few to whet your appetite. Enjoy.
