Out on a 75mile reliabilty, I set off in a new group.
I started talking to the person next to me.
She started to tell me about her training about to start in Belgium.
A little further on she mentioned a recent back injury and then how it was caused by a collision with a car.
Then the penny dropped, having read the articles in Cycling Plus and then on Roadcyclinguk.

She looked in great form. Well done Emma and good luck this season.
