New to road cycling. Bought a pair of Diadora road cycling shoes but shop had v poor selection of pedals. Bought pair of SHimano SPD-L's over Internet. The shpoes have the correct triangular layout of holes but the bolts supplied with the cleats seem too short to fasten cleats to shoes. Any advice?
