I have been looking for a £500 bike and thiss looks like a good one. is there anything else that you would recomend for about the same cost? many thanks.

I've got the RB1 and I love it. Apart from the Sora which is rattly. I don.t know why because I've has other Sora set ups which have been fine. I actually use it for time trials so only use about three gears anyway. Frame, forks and wheels are excellent for the price.

It looks like a realy good bike for a beginer to upgrade. all i can see that needs upgrading are the wheels and the sora stuff. would you agree?

The Sora yes, the wheels are fine IMO (and the opinion of Cycling Plus Magazine).
it's a great looking bike as well.
Everyone in our club were admiring it when I bought it and couldn't believe the price
