My god Scoop, I could have written that review myself. Bought a pair of these last winter and although I found them great, I totally agree with the length issue (I'm 5' 9" and also needed a large to fit my thighs in - and they aren't overly large at all), and the zips are a real bugger - in fact they only get worse, and start to break when you put pressure on too - although I've luckily been able to re-thread the zipper on when it's come off. Warmth and material are excellent for the price, but those zippers really let the thing down.

Length v size is a consideration but I'd rather too long than too short.

I've got a pair and can reccommend them, but I find the calves are a bit tight and the straps are too short.

I was talking about the bib version...

no bib = no use

Glad I'm not the only one that finds Endura longs too long and a bit tight round the ankles

I gave away my first pair bought to accommodate my gut to a friend who is 6'5" -they were too long for him too!

The mediums fit me fine, they're just too warm!

longs just a bit too long however theyre toastiness more than makes up for it and theyve stopped itching...
