I am looking for a new backpack /hydration device so that I can now ride for 3/4 day rides. I am looking at a Camelbak blowfish but I saw in Evans the Karrimor Rush Air 20. I am looking for a rucksack that will hold a 3 litre reservoir and enough kit for a long ride. Any advice is greatfully appreciated
Thank you
Rich

is that 3 or 4 days or 0.75 days?

Wiggle - Camelbak Rim Runner £50 ish, that should do you for a bargain price

I bought a Camelbak Mule not so long ago. Holds three litres of water, pump, spare inner tubes, Alien Tool, tire levers, moblie phone, money, Mars bars and bungie cord/mesh bit for stuffing my jacket in. £60 and worth every penny.

I've got a blowfish and thinks it's great, just the right size for reservoir, waterproofs, pump, tools, first aid kit, several tubes etc. Without being as bulky as the Hawg or having to store jackets on the outside like the mule

Got a Karrimor Rush 20 with a camelbak unbottle 2ltr which I got because it is a bbit more protected than the bladder on its own - very user friendly and very comfortable.

 |
Rim Runner, 27litre capacity and 3litre bladder, I use mine for short and long runs, only £47 from Wiggle, reduced from £75.

 |
Berghaus Bladdered daypak £35. Then buy the bladder of your choice for about £18.

You may wish to check out the Camelbak Ventoux. I have one and am really pleased with it. It has about the same capacity as the Blowfish, 3 litre bladder and has a nifty helmet holder too. A good alternative design to the Blowfish. I think I got mine soon after it came out new for this year for about £65.

Very happy with my Blowfish, the expandable bit is ideal. Only minor prob is that the helmet net doesn't fit my E2 (Or is my head just too big!)

I recently got a Camelbak Mule and I am very happy with it and what it can hold. Even with 3L of water and other essentials it fits comfortably and I hardly know I've got it on my back.
I got mine for £50 from Chainreactioncycles, they are out of stock at the moment. Its £60 at Wiggle. My advice is with whatever you decide to go for take sometime to shop around and get yourself the best deal you can.
