
I take my hat off to Cadel Evans on the Alpe D'huez stage, CSC were playing with him and certainly played a great 'bluff' with Sastre. He stuck with CSC all day, he could not attack, he simply did not have anything left and he is certainly not that kind of rider. Frank Schleck did not have anything left either, if Evans wins it will be deserved for all that visible "slog" he has put in.
OK it's not the most exciting Tour, in fact its been pretty boring but I suggest that is because we are seeing the riders as human beings for a change, not "druggies" performing super human feats...
