The thing is with these left and right specific socks, is that I now have to get "L" and "R" tattooed on my feet so as I know which foot to put them on....

Also, if black socks are unacceptable, what about wearing odd socks on a bike. Like the author, I find that one pair of foot specific socks fits my left foot better, and another the right foot better. As they are different colours (white, and white with blue trim - no black), should I sacrifice form over fashion with regards to cycling with odd socks on? Advice sought to all the two wheeled Trinny and bloody Susannahs out there.

(What would Trinny and Susannah have to say about bike kit in general, especially Mapei kit?)

Odd socks could look cool, depending on the colours.
I've been known to wear odd arm warmers on purpose, one blue one red.
I have two pair !
