How can I keep warm and dry without wearing tights and looking like a complete ballet dancer?

I too felt the shame of tights so I just wear baggies over me Enduras 3/4s now I'm warm and gay.

Who cares what you look like as long as you stay warm, if your that bothered then the suggestions above would work
Went out today in my baggies and they are useless for keeping the elements out, so any help would be greatfully received!

Thanks!

Admit you're a wannabe XC jayboy, and wear lycra.
Pace and Endura winter tights are the cats knackers.

Altura Dryline trousers.
Look like lightweight freeride pants, don't get in the way of pedalling, keep water and filth off. Not even expensive.
Absolutely bloody marvellous.

I haven't got the money to get myself some tights at the moment, but I reckon that if it's cold and nasty enough to need them, no one will be out to see you anyway ;-)

Cheers Snoop!

As to the rest of you! Bah Humbug, I'm off to get me suspenders on!

As for Altura, i've not tried any of their kit, but it's obvious they're trying to get sales through confusion with Endura!

Actually they're slightly more expensive than I thought they were (£69.99) but they're reinforced and I've been crashing regularly in them without any rips or tears.
There's a full review on the site too, I'll be back in a minute with the URL.
The cheaper ones are the Cascade overtrousers, @ £49.99
