Bioracer Airattack Overshoes

There’s overshoes and then there’s Bioracer's Airattack overshoes

Bioracer Airattack Overshoes £19.99

Belgium-based Bioracer clearly know their overshoes, as the Airattacks tested here tick all the boxes, with a great fit and more than adequate insulation from the wind.

Primarily, these overshoes are intended to keep the wind out, which the Windtex material does perfectly well, meaning your toes remain warm. And while they’re not meant to cope with heavy rain - the company has the waterproof Madmax for really wet riding - they did surprisingly well on some extended wet rides.

Important with overshoes is the fit; if they’re too baggy or the design doesn’t provide means for securing up tightly around the shoes, they’ll move about which can be annoying. The Airattacks didn’t move a bit, mainly because of a very tight fit, and held in place with the long rear zip.

They keep your feet warm, they fit perfectly (Available in sizes from S to XL), they look good (in either red, blue, black or grey) and are not very expensive. A big thumbs up.

Verdict

Does everything (and a little more) that you could possibly ask of an overshoe. The current benchmark for overshoes.

good Does everything (and a little more) that you could possibly ask of an overshoe

bad Grease and oil doesn't wash out very well, so be careful with the lighter colours to keep them looking smart
